At Olio Food, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we have a clear Refund and Returns Policy for our frozen food products.


Due to the perishable nature of our frozen food products, we do not accept returns. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.


  • Incorrect or Damaged Products: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide photographic evidence of the issue and we will offer a full refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
  • Lost Orders: In cases where your order is lost in transit, please reach out to our customer service team. After verifying the situation with our delivery partners, we will issue a full refund or resend the order at no additional cost.
  • Quality Concerns: We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product received, please contact us with details of the issue within 24 hours We will investigate the matter and, if found to be a quality lapse on our part, offer a refund or replacement.

Process for Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the request. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Since our products are perishable, we cannot accept cancellations beyond this window.
